- Coordinates with Sales and Marketing Officers on the workflow for each client project.

- Communicates with the PCO regarding hazardous waste and other relevant details.

- Communicates with the Purchasing Department for additional requirements needed for any project.

- Ensures all truck-related documents are up to date, including LTO registration and other regulatory requirements.

- Coordinates with the Plant/Maintenance Supervisor for truck dispatch based on scheduled operations.

- Conducts daily inspections and maintenance checklists for trucks.

- Assists the Repair and Maintenance Team when needed.

- Delegates tasks for drivers and helpers assigned to each truck.

- Oversees hauler schedules to ensure timely dispatch and execution.

- Monitors daily schedules to ensure operations per client are completed, addressing concerns and feedback as needed.

- Joins the truck and operations team during client servicing, when necessary, for supervision.

- Supervises Site Coordinators assigned to client facilities and handles project-related concerns.

- Completes all required documents for operations, including but not limited to Job Orders, Manifest Forms, Trip Passes, and Travel Authorizations.

- Oversees the general operations of the company and the deployment of all operational personnel.

- Provides daily updates and operational plans to the PCO, Supervisor, and General Manager.

- Evaluates the performance of operational staff.

Any bachelor's degree but has sufficient experience and knowledge in operations and logistics.
