Main Role: Supervises frontline workers and ensures discipline, productivity, buffer deployment, and inventory upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts roll call and deployment per line at Mamasita’s production floor
• Ensures all workers are in complete uniform before entering production areas
• Monitors work behavior, output, and attendance
• Writes and submits incident reports (e.g., violations, absences, misconduct)
• Provides coaching and daily feedback to workers
• Executes deployment of buffer and reliever personnel based on daily attendance and line needs
• Submits daily buffer/reliever deployment report to ATL (even if no absences occur)
• If no reliever is deployed, coordinates with ATL for reassignment of task to maximize productivity
• Assists in Due Process by providing witness accounts or documentation
• Participates in inventory checks for uniforms and work tools in coordination with Timekeeper
