Job Description
- Formulate and implement strategies to help meet monthly targets and sustain good business.
- Generate new accounts set by management according to targets.
- Recruit, develop and maintain agents.
- Keep the agents on active status by setting regular meetings on a periodic basis to update them of the company and markets new developments, and hear them out if they have inputs in their business dealings with the Bank.
- Explore and provide resolution to address clients and agents concern in doing business with the Bank.
- Bachelor's Degree
- with related experience in sales and marketing of loan products
