Confirmation of Loan details in the borrowers.
Prepares payment schedule of borrowers.
Prepares payment schedule of restructured, re-adjustment accounts.
Timely and accurate filing of loan releases documents, emailing of proof of deposit/transfer to clients and updating Daily transmittal.
Timely and accurate encoding of Payment Schedule at QuickBooks.
Tagging of all the released done per agencies reports.
Provides support with banking transactions and liaison tasks as needed, based on workload demands.
Maintain a professional and empathic approach while addressing customer concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting loan process/es.
Escalate accounts as necessary in accordance with established procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding account status, payment options, and next steps.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Generate and review reports on the status of assigned accounts.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of loan processes based on feedback and analysis.
Reportorial function: Daily Loan Releases.
Accountable for filing, scanning, and managing documentation related to loan releases.
Prepares transmittal of bank transaction & loan documents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in loan processing, lending operations, or financial services is preferred.
Experience in using QuickBooks or other accounting/loan management systems is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word).
Skilled in encoding payment schedules and managing financial records.
Knowledgeable in using digital tools for file management (scanning, saving, tagging, etc.).
Familiarity with preparing and submitting bank transmittals and proof of deposit.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to prepare and submit accurate reports on loan statuses and account activities.
Ability to provide timely feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Effective in resolving customer inquiries and escalating concerns as needed.
