- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and food preparation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.
- Must be able to work in an Indian kitchen and maintain the hygiene standards of a high end kitchen
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene practices, customer service, mise-en-place, and keen attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare food items, maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist in menu planning, and ensure timely meal service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen setting with potential for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork, adaptability, and passion for culinary arts.
