Description
- Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation policies are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient service.
- Assist with inventory and stock management.
- Adapt to various cooking styles and culinary techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in food preparation, knife skills, and kitchen equipment handling.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare ingredients, cook meals, maintain cleanliness, and assist in menu development.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with extended standing and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to handle stress.
