We’re looking for a Licensed Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will handle property transactions from start to finish—providing expert guidance to clients, negotiating deals, and managing legal documentation. You will be a key player in helping clients buy, sell, or lease properties while maintaining high standards of customer service and market knowledge.

• Guide clients through buying, selling, or leasing properties
• Conduct property viewings and consultations
• Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively
• Prepare and review contracts and documentation
• Stay informed on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
• Build and maintain client relationships

• Licensed Real Estate Broker (valid PRC license required)
• Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and procedures
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with the local Quezon City market is a plus
