Description

Permits Specialist (Liaison Officer)

  • Process applications for permits and licenses
  • Coordinate and communicate with local authorities, and other regulatory bodies
  • Monitor permit requirements and regulations
  • Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required for a particular project or business
  • Ensure that all necessary permits are secured in a timely and efficient manner, allowing the organization to operate legally and safely
  • Other works related and as requested by the management/superior.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Can start as soon as possible

Requirements

  • Must be graduate of Business Management or any 4-year related course.
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in securing permits and transacting with Construction Permits etc.
  • Good judgment and analytical skills to evaluate issues that occur administratively and be able to determine proper corrective action.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledgeable with permits and regulatory compliances.
  • Data management skills, competent in maintaining reports and inventory databases.
