Description
- Provide legal support for real estate transactions, including documentation review and lease administration.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate records for property management compliance.
- Manage contract review processes to ensure adherence to One 77 Ventures Development Corporation's policies.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal teams on property-related issues.
- Support the legal department with research and special projects in alignment with industry standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably with a focus on compliance and legal affairs.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in compliance protocols.
- Exemplary written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal claims, obligations, and documents.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent time-management abilities.
- Advanced written and verbal communication.
- Close attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Assist in managing legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on legal matters and assist in preparing legal reports.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, often under tight deadlines and may require overtime.
