Job description

• In-charge in the preparation of Contract of Lease, Lease Renewals, Award Notice, Etc.
• Updates and maintains various leasing reports.
• Coordinates with concerned departments lease and operations concerns of tenants/customers.
• Administration of contract provisions and monitor compliance therein.
• Attend to space inquiries and assists the leasing head in lease-marketing activities.
• Preparation of tenant communications.

Requirements:

1. College degree holder in the field of Business Admin, Accounting or Marketing
2. Preferably with 2 years admin / leasing experience gained in a commercial property leasing environment is an advantage.
3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Willing to be assigned at Muñoz, Edsa Quezon City
