This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.

• Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
• Develops training and development programs and objectives.
• Administers spending against the departmental budget.
• Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
• Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
• Modifies programs as needed.
• Coordinate with the Employee Relations Assistant to help coordinate a rigorous management by objectives culture through Annual Appraisal and Training Needs and Assessment.
• Coordinate with the Recruitment Assistant / Officer to conduct the on-boarding company orientation on newly hired employees on all business units.
• Perform other tasks given by Immediate Superior or HR Manager.

• A college graduate of a 4-year business course, or equivalent working experience.
• In a Learning & Development industry for 3 years.
• Excellent in English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• An individual with demonstrated experience in delivering training programs across various formats (in-person, e-learning, self-paced).
• Excellent in planning and organizational skills.
• An individual with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across functions to support training initiatives.

Working pattern and location:

• Join Date: August 2025
• Employment Type: Full-time Employee
• Work Location: On-site
• Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
• Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines.
