• Develops training and discipleship courses and materials.
• Carries out training and discipleship programs according to the approved schedule, design, and budget.
• Ensures all logistics for training whether onsite or online are prepared as planned.
• Prepares or coordinates audio-visual presentations and electronic announcements or e-Posters.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making improvements as needed.
• Prepares and submit summaries of training evaluations and monthly training and discipleship reports.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Training Manager.

Requirements

• Graduates of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Behavior, Education, and other Business related course.
• Minimum of 4-years' experience in a training and development and discipleship role.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees.
• Proactive and Goal Oriented: Takes initiative and works steadily toward objectives.
• Digital & AI Tools: Able to use AI Tools, digital platforms, and social media to enhance productivity and engagement.
• Customer Service Awareness: Attentive to customer needs and strives to provide good service.
• Teamwork & People Skills: Can support, guide, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
