• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing innovative blockchain solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and robust applications using Ethereum and Web3.js.
• Oversee system integration and ensure the IT infrastructure is optimized for cryptocurrency applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions and improve overall product performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in blockchain technology and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Skills and Competencies:
• Proficient in Payment, OTC, Wallet, Blockchain, Ethereum, and cryptocurrency technologies
• Experience with lead IT infrastructure and system integration build up of a payment settlement system or an OTC desk
• Familiarity with cloud computing and web development technologies such as React, Java/Springboot, and Go Lang
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
