Job responsibilities:

• Verify availability, profitability and salability of sourced properties
• Create financial simulations to determine the profitability of the sourced properties
• Conduct market assessment and competitor scanning to confirm salability of the sourced properties
• Recommend properties to be moved to the next process (site visit)
• Collate initial requirements for properties to be accepted by the acquisition unit

Requirements:

• With at least 3 years experience in market research and acquisition
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Must have Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or any related course
• Has proven effective analytical, organization and coordination skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
