Description
引っ越しをされる方へ、新居でのインターネットや電気・ガスなどのご案内、契約手配代行、またご契約後のアフターフォローを行うお仕事です。提携企業からのご紹介のお客様なので安心してお電話いただけます。ノルマ設定もありません。
・架電（お客様へご案内）・入力作業（お客様情報の入力）
・設備確認（ウェブ上にて）・申し込み処理（パソコン作業）
・立ち合い日調整 ・インターネット設定フォロー 等
※配属部署によって内容は異なります顧客からの電話応対およびサポート
Requirements
- 学歴：高校卒業以上
- 経験：コールセンター業務の経験者優遇
- スキル：優れたコミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力
- 職務内容：顧客からの問い合わせ対応、情報提供
- 労働条件：シフト制勤務、在宅勤務も可
- 特性：忍耐強く、チームワークを重視する
Shift-Based Schedule·＜大阪＞9:00～18:00、10:00～19:00、11:00～20:00 などのシフト勤務 ＜東京＞9:30～18:30、9:00～17:30、10:00～19:00 などのシフト勤務
