Role Overview

As a KOL/Creator Partnerships Associate, you’ll support the Creator Partnerships Manager in sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating with influencers and affiliates. You’ll help manage communication threads, schedule campaigns, track deliverables, and ensure a smooth experience between creators, clients, and the SwingUp team.

This is a remote role, but you’ll work in sync with our growth team, creative leads, and media buyers to deliver aligned, high-impact influencer collaborations.

Responsibilities

Affiliate & Influencer Coordination

• Assist in sourcing and vetting creators based on brand briefs and campaign goals
• Handle initial outreach and onboarding of influencers and affiliate partners
• Maintain organized records of creator communications, deliverables, and contract terms
• Coordinate creator timelines, product seeding logistics, and campaign updates

Day-to-Day Operations

• Help track deadlines and ensure creator content is submitted on time
• Ensure creator deliverables follow brand guidelines and are platform-appropriate (TikTok, Meta, IG, etc.)
• Send reminders, updates, and follow-ups as needed
• Monitor live campaigns and flag any issues (e.g., incorrect captions, missed tags, etc.)

Internal & External Collaboration

• Support the Partnerships Manager in reporting and sharing campaign updates with internal teams
• Relay creator feedback and performance insights to the growth and creative teams
• Help prep presentations, collate creator decks, and contribute to recruitment campaigns

• Onboard Creators Smoothly: Ensure 100% of onboarded creators complete deliverables on time
• Clear Communication: Creators are always informed, updated, and aligned
• Operational Clarity: Creator folders, sheets, and comms are consistently organized
• Campaign Support: Help deliver campaigns that hit ROAS, engagement, or conversion goals

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer coordination, community management, marketing, or admin support (agency or eCommerce experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be messaging creators daily)
• Strong organizational skills – you live in Google Sheets, Notion, or ClickUp
• Bonus if familiar with TikTok Creator Marketplace, Upfluence, or affiliate tools
• Can manage multiple creator threads and updates without getting overwhelmed
• Willing to learn, proactive, and a team player who gets things done

Compensation & Work Setup

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
• Schedule: Flexible working hours (as long as tasks and communication deadlines are met).
• Location: Fully remote.
