• Good Eats by SSI. a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies is currently looking for Store Team Members to be assigned to Heybo Philippines.
• Responsible for ensuring that all salad bar ingredients are complete and properly prepared according to the standards of food quality and safety.
• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare all ingredients for the day
• Organize stocks and ensure that FIFO procedure is followed.
• Weigh and record individual ingredients for wastage tracking.
• Make the inventory of all the ingredients.
• Follow proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients.

• Main Function:
• In charge of order taking and salad preparation using appropriate sanitation and safety methods in a food service and ensuring the best quality food products and excellent customer service are given to the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help customers choose their orders from the menu or create their own salad or wrap.
• Prepare and arrange vegetables and fruits for salads and garnishes using hand and electric food service equipment
• Cleans equipment, work area, utensils, and refrigerator
• Make an inventory of raw food products
• Prepares ingredients for and mixes salad dressings and sauces
• Cooks simple items for use n salads.
• Follow proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients.
