Requirements

  • Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in preparing traditional South Indian dishes, knowledge of spices and cooking techniques.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and cook dishes, manage kitchen inventory, maintain hygiene standards.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requires standing for long hours.
