Description

  • Proven experience as an Ice Cream Chef or Gelato Maker.
  • Strong knowledge of ice cream and gelato production techniques.
  • Creativity and passion for developing new flavors.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ice cream and dessert preparation techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
