We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in a clean and safe environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for food service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring consistency and quality according to restaurant standards.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Properly handle and store food, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to safety standards.
• Support kitchen staff in organizing and setting up food stations during service.
• Assist in plating and presenting dishes to meet the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor food inventory levels and inform the kitchen supervisor of stock shortages or issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, working effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols, including handling sharp knives, hot surfaces, and other equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or head chef.

• At least High School Graduate; vocational or culinary training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food-related environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
