Description
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely.
- Support inventory management and stocking supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in washing dishes and kitchen maintenance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, ability to perform heavy lifting, and experience in stewarding tasks.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability to changing demands.
