⦁ Previous experience in a related role.

⦁ Solid understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.

⦁ Strong skills in organization, time management, and handling multiple tasks.

⦁ Exceptional communication and people skills.

⦁ Minimum of PSLE, technical certification, or relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities:

⦁ Maintain cleanliness of dishes, kitchen tools, cooking areas, and food storage in line with hygiene guidelines.

⦁ Prepare ingredients by washing, slicing, chopping, and grating as directed by the chef.

⦁ Perform floor cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping when needed.

⦁ Support in receiving and unpacking supply deliveries.
