Works closely with standard recipes and plates presentation to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation. Preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.

Qualification Standards

• Graduate or Undergraduate of HRM, Culinary or any related courses
• With work experience or Actual OJT/Training
• Ability to work in a team, communicate well, and follow sanitation procedures, hygiene, safety and to keep the kitchen clean and well-ventilated.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
