• Responsible for manning and managing the kitchen, inventory and marketing, as well as ensure compliance with required reports.
• Manage logistics and inventory and assist with cost of goods sold
• Ensure accuracy of daily sales
• Prepare daily sales monitoring reports for consolidation in weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain proper attendance during shifts
• Inspect kitchen supplies and equipment from time to time
• Handle market activities including social media platforms
• Assist in execution of events
• Facilitate communication with management 
• Oversee and adjust operational procedures as necessary, reporting to management as soon as possible

Requirements 

• Completed two (2)-year course
• At least two (2) years work experience, one involving restaurant, kitchen or sales
• With strong organizational skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Adaptability 
• Interpersonal skills 
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Technological proficiency 
• Familiarity with business software applications such as Microsoft Office and Canva
• Proactive and able to work independently while also being part of a team
