Job Description
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams.
- Analyze account performance and report insights.
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell services.
- Ensure timely deliverables and quality service.
- Resolve client issues effectively and promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years in account management or sales roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, sales management, and training abilities; thorough understanding of competitor analysis; proficient in customer relationship management.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with client meetings and travel as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving skills, and a results-driven attitude.
