1. Assisting in the monthly preparation of financial Statement like Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet, etc.
2. With knowledge of monthly bank reconciliation
3. Maintaining up to date records financial records and books of accounts through system
4. Overseeing Accounting System and other system (Servo ITSolutions System)
5. Monitor Accruals/Deferred and lapsing of Fixed Asset etc.
6. Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budget
7. With knowledge of online preparation of governmental reports like BIR, SSS, Pag-ibig etc.
8. With knowledge of preparation of payroll
9. Will handle Accounting Staff and assist Accounting Head
10. Training new accounting assistant
11. Supervised in the conduct of compliance audit
12. Others as maybe required in the conduct of accounting processes.

• Graduate of a degree in Accounting
• With 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Preferably with experience in hotel or motel operations (not required but an advantage)
