Job Description

Description

  • Record daily financial transactions
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable
  • Prepare BIR reports and file tax returns
  • Process payroll and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Maintain updated and organized accounting records
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting audits

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Tech, or related course
  • With experience in bookkeeping or accounting (1–2 years preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in BIR processes and compliance
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (if trained in accounting systems)
