Job Description:

1. Build a business school curriculum system based on market demands;

2. Responsible for establishing and improving the financial management training system, developing training plans, and enhancing the business capabilities of the financial team;

3. Organize and implement internal and external training activities to improve the team's professional skills and market competitiveness;

4. Clear and organized thinking, effective communication skills.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 2 years of experience in hosting or training for financial conference marketing, with preference given to those with industry experience;

2. Strong communication and expression skills, logical thinking abilities, and excellent event organization, coordination, and public relations skills;

3. Proficient in Office software, especially skilled in PPT creation; knowledge of H5 is a plus! Fluency in English is preferred.
