• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practices
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA testers, and other developers to deliver project requirements
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in software development using Java
• Strong understanding of OOP, Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, or similar), and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in banking/financial projects is a plus
