Your Role

Elevate your career as a Java Developer, where you’ll lead in the development, design, and implementation of new or enhanced software products and business projects. What You’ll Be Bringing To The Table

• Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience working within Agile software development teams and processes – a must-have!

• 3+ years of experience in commercial development experience across Back end, Java, Angular, and Springboot – a strong plus.

• Showcase your learning agility and ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts, paired with sharp analytical problem-solving skills.

• Impress with a proven ability to design and implement highly effective quality processes that make a real impact.

• Be results-oriented, with a consistent focus on hitting deadlines, achieving financial targets, and reaching project milestones.

Your Daily Tasks

• Write clean, efficient code while conducting unit testing and debugging within set deadlines.

• Tackle challenges head-on by analyzing problems, setting priorities, and providing innovative technical solutions with valuable feedback.

• Collaborate on the analysis, design, development, and implementation of exciting new products.

• Continuously identify and enhance areas of applications to boost operational effectiveness and reduce the need for support.

• Carry out thorough Unit and System testing to maintain high-quality standards.

• Share your knowledge and coach fellow programmers, transferring valuable system development expertise to NTI staff.

• Work closely with business teams, offering technical solutions that align with their needs and goals.

• Keep system documentation and software metrics up-to-date to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assess incoming enhancement requests, considering their feasibility, estimated workload, and urgency.

• Follow the client's Systems Life Cycle Development processes, ensuring they create systems that adhere to industry best practices.
