- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
- Ensure cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean environment.
- Work flexible hours as needed.
Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in disinfecting, organizing, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning. Must be customer service oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of facilities, assist in maintenance tasks, and respond to customer inquiries and needs.
- Working Conditions: Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and moderate physical activity.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
