Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network problems.
- Assist users with system installations and upgrades.
- Document and manage service requests efficiently.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Collaborate with IT team to implement solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in IT Asset Management, Windows Server, System Monitoring, System Backup and Recovery, and System Administration.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, available to work flexible hours as required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively.
