  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Support: Provide help desk services, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist users with technical problems.
  • Network Management: Monitor and manage LAN/WAN performance, firewalls, routers, and switches to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain security protocols, monitor for threats, and respond to security breaches or vulnerabilities.
  • Software Management: Install, update, and manage enterprise software and applications; ensure licensing compliance.
  • Data Backup & Recovery: Develop and maintain data backup systems and disaster recovery plans to prevent data loss.
  • IT Asset Management: Track and manage hardware and software inventory, including procurement and lifecycle management.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
