- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and offer effective solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation of support processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in software installations and upgrades.
- Train users on best practices and software usage.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in POS systems, troubleshooting, and customer service.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential on-site client visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
