Job Description
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure unique to P&J Agricultural Trading Inc. in the agricultural wholesale/distribution sector.
- Implement and support industry-specific software solutions to streamline operations.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive agricultural data.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining hardware/software inventory.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; certifications in specific IT technologies preferred.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in various IT roles; demonstrated expertise in specialized IT areas.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in programming/scripting languages; strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities; knowledge of best practices in IT security and data management.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential for remote work; readiness for on-call support and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, excellent communication skills, adaptability to rapidly changing technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning.
