The IT Staff (All-Around) is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for the school’s computers, printers, CCTV systems, and basic network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computers, laptops, and printers
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and cameras
- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and offices
- Perform basic network and internet troubleshooting
- Maintain IT equipment and CCTV inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with service providers for complex IT and CCTV issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
- Experience in computer, printer, and CCTV installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hardware, software, basic networking, and CCTV systems
- Able to work independently and handle multiple technical concerns
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and service-oriented
