Description

外資系製造メーカーでのヘルプデスク担当として以下の業務を担っていただきます


・社員向けユーザーサポート

・USBを使用したPCセットアップ・プリンタ、PCの交換・記録

・月次レポート（サーバー室の入出記録・温度管理）

・その他付随する業務

Requirements

・基本的なヘルプデスクのスキル　（年数不問）

・ユーザーとのコミュニケーションが取れる方

・英語に抵抗のない方（外資系のため一部メールや資料が英語になりますが、翻訳ツールを使用して読解ができれば問題ございません）

Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·09:00-16:00·実働７時間４５分、休憩１時間

Holidays and Work Styles:

Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)

Social Insurance:

Health Insurance·Employment Insurance·Workers' Compensation Insurance

Period of Contract:

26 years and 8 months
