Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems over the phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist in setting up new equipment and performing upgrades.
  • Document issues and resolutions for future reference.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in IT infrastructure management, system analysis, and IT asset management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage IT assets.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily desk-based, with potential on-site support requirements.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
