Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all ICT functions, including software development, ERP systems, Human Resource Systems, and Data Analytics. • Department Leadership: Lead and oversee all operations and strategies for the ICT department.
• Employee Performance Management: Manage and inspire a high-performing team.
• ICT Asset Management: Oversee maintenance and monitoring of all ICT assets, ensuring the efficiency and security of hardware and software systems.
• Policy Formulation: Draft and implement relevant ICT policies for the organization.
