Work Duration: 6-12 months with possibility of extension/absorption

Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-3x RTO/week in Makati office); Day shift

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Planning and Monitoring
• Elicitation and Collaboration
• Requirements Life Cycle
• Strategy and Requirements Analysis
• Can start ASAP!

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs, gather business requirements for system development.
• Design, modify, and create business processes to implement business transformation solutions.
• Control the scope of the project in order to meet the project timeline.
• Provide high-level estimates based on business requirements.
• Manage the team and represent a point of escalation.
• Develop, maintain and obtain sign off of the business requirements and ensure new/enhanced system meets the business requirements and objectives including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop, maintain and obtain sign-off of the Functional Specification Document that meets business requirements and system capability.
• Assist on the development and review of SIT and UAT test scenario/case based on business scenarios and FSD.
• Work with business on the creation/update to the business process based on new business requirements.
• Provide support to clarify issues between business users and technology team during SIT, Go-Live and Post Go-Live business lead and implementor.
• Manage issues escalated by the team.
• Perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
