We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, performing regular stock audits, and reconciling inventory accounts.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory records and databases.
Perform regular stock checks and coordinate with the accounting department for inventory audits.
Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger.
Prepare and analyze reports on inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies related to inventory.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist, preferably within an accounting or finance department.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially inventory accounting.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
