- Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the spare parts warehouse or storage area
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure sufficient availability of critical spare parts
- Implement inventory management procedures, including proper labeling, storage, and issuance of spare parts
- Prepare and maintain records of stock movements, receipts, and withdrawals
- Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies between systems and physical counts
- Coordinate with purchasing for parts replenishment and ensure timely procurement
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity in the inventory management system
- Ensure compliance with company safety and housekeeping standards in the storage area
- evaluate parts usage trends and recommend improvements in inventory management practices
- Lead and train subordinates to improve efficiency and accuracy in spare parts handling
