Description
- Engage with customers via online platforms to promote and sell products.
- Manage inbound inquiries and provide product information.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and report on performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Management, Creative Problem Solving, strong English language skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer inquiries, drive sales through effective communication, and resolve client issues creatively.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with opportunities for remote work.
