As a member of the Sales Team, you will be given complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be expected to acquire new accounts for US clients, and you will be responsible for outbound calls to obtain information for job creation. In addition, you may also be required to conduct business negotiations yourself and perform sales activities aimed at winning orders. Along with approaching new clients, you will work with the marketing & sales team to plan measures to bring them to the consideration stage and approach clients.

More specifically, your responsibilities may include:

・Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.

・Communicating with clients, responding and following up on leads.

・Collection of client information necessary for job creation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

・B2B sales experience is preferred.

・Fluent in written and verbal English with a neutral accent to communicate clearly with American customers.

・Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage contracts and client expectations.

・Has a business mindset.

・Preferably familiar with CRM tools like Kintone or other similar CRM systems.

・Preferably proficient in handling high-volume outbound calls.

・Preferably with background in staffing or job board services, and/or experience in the medical/dental industry or SaaS sales.
