• The Key Account is in charge of overseeing and executing the biggest partnerships of the Automated Retail Company. They will generate leads, prospect and execute partnerships with companies that require specific hardware and software developments.
• The key accounts will serve as the primary liaison between the company and key accounts to ensure that customer relationships are maintained and optimized.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead key account for machine customization, develop and execute key account management plans that advance strategic goals and objectives
2. Conduct client presentations to showcase the company’s product offerings and services, including updates related to machine customization.
3. Plan and develop processes, systems and tools to facilitate optimum client account management experience.
4. Oversee procurement processes, including the development of efficient procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
5. Manage client onboarding process, and ensure a seamless transition and integration of clients into the company's systems and processes.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with additional add-on support requests, and trouble-shooting where necessary.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and meet established key performance indicators and goals while delivering quality service to clients within the timeframe agreed upon.
8. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of key accounts and the industry trends to enhance the company's overall competitiveness.
9. Develop long-term relationships with clients, establish key performance indicators, and monitor customer satisfaction.
