Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including but not limited to, setup and teardown, trouble shooting of equipment maintenance and workflow.
Managing raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.
Check and review correct materials specification as specified in the drawing prior performing the trial and evaluation.
Conducts evaluation /trial for introduction feasibility in mass production
Establish ideal machine parameter setting for new molds / parts
Perform visual inspection of parts during trial and ensure result is good prior submission to QA for full quality evaluation
Perform Product analysis and adjust injection parameter and documents changes for records
Ensure that the standard operating procedure is properly followed and 3Q6S is well maintained at all time

Graduate of vocational or four (4) year course
Have Knowledge in MS Office (PPT, EXCEL)
With minimum of 2 years' experience in same capacity is required (Plastic Injection)
Proficient in using measuring devices and parameter forming, mold setting, mounting & dismounting of molds, perform material changes, ensures proper use of crane, parameter setting, injection machine operation
Can read product drawing, has interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna (On-Site)
