Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process infringement notices and related documents accurately and efficiently

- Conduct research and investigations to verify the validity of infringements

- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all infringement cases

- Prepare and submit reports to management on infringement trends and outcomes

- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to infringements

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or government setting

- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to infringements

- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution is a plus
