Description
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, and excavators.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure accurate grading, excavation, and material handling.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operators and other members of the construction team
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required; training in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience operating heavy machinery.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating excavators, bulldozers, and cranes; strong safety awareness.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate heavy machinery, perform routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, able to work well in teams, and strong problem-solving skills.
