We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to support our Product Development and Process Improvement initiatives. The role ensures products are efficiently designed, cost-effective, and production-ready through strong engineering analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product design reviews, feasibility studies, and prototype evaluation.
• Analyze product specifications and recommend improvements for manufacturability.
• Conduct time & motion studies, workflow analysis, and layout optimization.
• Coordinate with Product Development, QA, Production, and Purchasing for project alignment.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as product specs, SOPs, and testing reports.
• Support continuous improvement activities using PDCA, Lean, and data-driven tools.
• Recommend actions for cost reduction, material efficiency, and process enhancement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Knowledge of Lean tools, PDCA, or process improvement is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
• Proficient in documentation, data analysis, and engineering evaluation
