• 3-5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in production planning and process optimization
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing software systems
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs
